The Ultraviolette F99 is an
electric superbike that is set to revolutionize the Indian motorcycle industry.
With its sleek design, powerful performance, and advanced technology, the F99
is poised to become a game-changer.
The F99 is a stunning motorcycle
with a futuristic design. It features a long and low body with sharp lines and
aerodynamic curves. The front end is dominated by a large fairing that houses
the headlight and the front forks. The rear end is equally impressive, with a
sculpted tailpiece and a single-sided swingarm.
The F99 is built with a steel
hybrid frame suspended by an Ohlins configuration that includes USD front forks
and a mono-shock unit in the back. The motorcycle weighs 178 kg, making it 29
kilos lighter than the F77. Disc brakes on both ends with Brembo monobloc
calipers handle braking duties.
The F99 is powered by a
liquid-cooled electric motor that produces 90 kW of power and 100 Nm of torque.
This translates to a top speed of 265 km/h and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time
of just 3 seconds.
The F99 is packed with advanced
technology, including an active aerodynamic system that adjusts the airflow
around the motorcycle to improve performance and stability. It also features a
fully adjustable suspension system and a Brembo braking system.
The F99 comes with a range of
features, including a digital dashboard, a keyless ignition system, and a
smartphone app that allows riders to monitor the motorcycle's performance and
data.
The Ultraviolette F99 is expected
to be priced at around Rs. 8 lakh (US$10,000). This makes it one of the most
expensive electric motorcycles on the market. However, with its impressive
performance and advanced technology, the F99 is sure to attract a lot of
attention from Indian motorcycle enthusiasts.
The Ultraviolette F99 is scheduled to go on sale in India in
January 2025, with a starting price of Rs. 8 lakh (approximately $9,600). The
bike will also be available for export to other markets.
The F77 electric sports bike, which will retail for between
9,000 and 11,000 euros (about Rs. 8 lakh to Rs. 9.20 lakh), will be introduced
by Ultraviolette in Europe, according to related news. Comparable to the F77
space edition that debuted in August of this year is the worldwide
