They can then locate the nearest MYBYK station and Once users have located the nearest MYBYK station, they can unlock an MYBYK electric bicycle using the app. The app also allows users to track their rides and view their ride history.

MYBYK also has a network of charging stations located across the city. Users can easily locate a charging station using the MYBYK app and charge their electric bicycles when needed.

What happens if MYBYK is Damaged/Stolen?

After an evaluation, you will be responsible for paying damage charges if your MYBYK is damaged. Please get in touch with MYBYK customer service through the in-app chat feature if your MYBYK has been lost or stolen.

You must report the incident to the local police station where you last saw the bike in order to make a police complaint. If the bike is not found within 48 hours, you will be responsible for the following bicycle replacement costs:

MYBYK Pedal – Rs 12,000 + GST

MYBYK Electric – Rs 40,000 + GST

Do I need to return the bike daily?

No. If your subscription is active, you can ride MYBYK without any restrictions. This means that you can ride the bike wherever you want, including to your home, workplace, or other destination. Only return the bike if your subscription has run out and you don't want to renew it if a bike breaks down, or if you want to transfer to public transportation.
